Welcome to the Partners Only section of Mobile Satellite Venture's web site. This section is available for the sole use of our Service Providers and Dealers.
If you are new to this site, after you log in, take a look at the Index on the left hand side. It is organized in a 'user friendly' manner according to specific topics. Simply click on one of the topics for a breakdown of the contents of each section. Much of the content is cross-referenced for ease of use. For example, User Guides appear as a stand alone heading as well as being listed in the Training/Reference Library.
Business Policies and Procedures, as the name implies, contains specific policies and procedures related to equipment, order procedures, warranties and the like.
Under Business Forms you will find things like Credit Card Authorization Letter, Equipment/Literature Order Form and Satellite Dispatch Service Request, to name a few.
The Training/Reference Library contains detailed information concerning SkyTerra hardware and services. It is broken down into an easy-to-follow series containing key sections including: Basic Training, Two-Way Radio (Dispatch Radio), Antennas and Specialized. These sections are broken down further into sub-heads and individual documents you can download at the press of a button.
The Basic Training section provides an overall familiarization with the SkyTerra terminal hardware. Subsequent sections target specific hardware and services.
Marketing Tools includes more valuable information you can use in your marketing efforts `all under one roof'. Again, several of the sub headings also appear in other sections of the SkyTerra web site.
